From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Laura Ramsey (born November 14, 1982) is an American film and television actress and model. Ramsey was born in Brandon, Wisconsin, where she attended Laconia High School and subsequently moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. She was discovered while waiting tables in a Los Angeles restaurant on Sunset Boulevard.
